Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager Power Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Power Systems Engineering team in our ES (Energy Systems) facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the ESG Power Systems Engineering product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems design, with experience in simulation and modeling techniques, and a proven track record of successful product development using V&V (Verification and Validation) processes.

As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the Power Systems team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products on time.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the Power Systems Engineering product roadmaps
  • Mentoring and guiding the Power Systems team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $125,000-$150,000, plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years related experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or project management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field
  • Experience with simulation and modeling techniques and tooling
  • Proven experience with successful developments using V&V (Verification and Validation) processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telecommunications and/or outdoor enclosure design and manufacturing industries
  • Experience in AC and DC Power Systems for telecommunications or wireless applications
