Sun Pharma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead all aspects of training in Canada. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and the ability to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs for the sales team, including new hire training, national sales meetings, and virtual events.
- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the training budget and curriculum for the business unit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales management and marketing, to ensure alignment and report results.
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical commercial training experience.
- 2+ years of in-house training experience.
- 3+ years of sales/business-to-business experience.
- Experience delivering training to a variety of audiences in a corporate setting.
- Certification in instructional design preferred.
- Office-based role with 40% travel required.
