We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Analyst to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Your expertise in facilities management and operations will be essential in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of facility projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in facilities management, operations management, or related field
- More than three years of experience as an operations manager in a similar environment or equivalent
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a strong command of French and good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
