**Analyste en intelligence d'affaires commerce de détail / Retail Business Intelligence Analyst**

Aer Rianta International Inc. est l'un des principaux exploitants de boutiques hors taxes dans les aéroports internationaux. Nous recherchons un(e) analyste de l’intelligence d'affaires pour soutenir notre développement futur.

**Objectif du poste**:
Relevant du chef des finances, l'analyste suivra et surveillera les performances de l'entreprise en analysant les données de vente au détail appropriées (ventes, marge, stocks, commandes, etc.) fournissant une aide à la décision éclairée aux dirigeants, à la haute direction, aux opérations et aux achats. Ce rôle fournira également des données et des analyses pour les rapports mensuels, la budgétisation, les prévisions et le développement commercial.

**Principales responsabilités**:
**Analyses et rapports**:

- Préparation de rapports réguliers couvrant les ventes, la marge brute et les stocks, y compris les téléchargements de données, pour mettre en évidence les tendances clés.
- Effectuer diverses analyses et rapports ad hoc, y compris l'analyse des performances des catégories et des campagnes promotionnelles et marketing.
- Surveiller et rendre compte des performances réelles par rapport aux budgets et aux prévisions.
- Préparer des prévisions statistiques et économiques pour identifier les tendances commerciales.
- Aider à la préparation des budgets et des prévisions.
- Compléter les rapports de performance de fin de mois et les KPI.

**Soutien**:

- Fournir un encadrement et un soutien continus aux utilisateurs de la plateforme d'analyse dans différents départements.
- Être le point central des requêtes ponctuelles sur les performances du commerce de détail émanant des dirigeants et de la haute direction.
- Former et accompagner les nouveaux utilisateurs dans les outils BI.
- Tester les nouvelles solutions et fonctionnalités mises en place, avec le support de la BI centrale.
- Surveiller et valider les flux de données dans le système d'analyse pour en assurer l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Baccalauréat en commerce, informatique ou domaine connexe et/ou maîtrise en intelligence d'affaires.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Une expérience de travail dans le commerce de détail et une connaissance des mesures de performance du commerce de détail seraient un atout.
- Capacité à interagir avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Esprit analytique avec de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en pensée critique, cherchant à en tirer des enseignements et des idées clés.
- Capacité à gérer divers flux de travail et à établir des priorités efficacement.
- Compétences avancées de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Une expérience avec Targit ou d'autres outils BI, une formation aux outils BI relatifs sera fournie. La connaissance des outils de planification financière tels qu'IBM Cognos ou Oracle EBM serait un atout.
- Anglais et français (parlés et écrits).
