Nous recherchons un analyste commercial de détail pour rejoindre notre équipe du département des finances Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez des analyses de données approfondies et des recommandations concrètes pour soutenir la croissance et le développement de l'entreprise. En étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, telles que les opérations, les achats, le marketing, les finances et la logistique, vous analyserez les tendances des ventes, prévoirez la demande et optimiserez les performances dans toute l'organisation.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Collecter, analyser et organiser les données de vente pour fournir des informations et des recommandations aux parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Développer des tableaux de bord automatisés et préparer des rapports de vente réguliers ou ponctuels (hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels) pour analyser les tendances des clients, les ventes, la rentabilité et les indicateurs clés de performance, en mettant en évidence les domaines à améliorer et en éclairant les décisions stratégiques.
- Évaluer les tendances du marché et le comportement des consommateurs pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et soutenir la planification stratégique.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'exploitation et de planification pour prévoir la demande de produits, les besoins promotionnels et les besoins en stocks, en garantissant l'alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux.
- Superviser et optimiser l'intelligence d'affaires (BI) pour maintenir l'exactitude, la cohérence et l'accessibilité des données pour tous les utilisateurs.
- Fournir une formation et un soutien continu aux utilisateurs de la plateforme BI, en agissant comme contact principal pour les questions sur les performances du commerce de détail.
- Tester et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités et de nouveaux outils BI en collaboration avec l'équipe BI centrale.
- Effectuer des analyses de premier plan et fournir des informations pour soutenir les rapports mensuels, les prévisions financières, la budgétisation et le développement d'analyses de rentabilisation.

**Qualifications requises (éducation, expérience et compétences)**:

- Baccalauréat en commerce, informatique, économie, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en analyse des ventes, de préférence dans le secteur de la vente au détail.
- Solides compétences analytiques avec une expertise en analyse de données, prévision et création de rapports.
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formules complexes), PowerPoint et des outils de visualisation de données tels que Power BI ou Targit.
- La connaissance des outils de planification financière comme IBM Cognos ou Oracle EPM est un plus.
- Connaissance des indicateurs de performance clés et des mesures de performance spécifiques au commerce de détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Solides compétences de travail indépendantes et collaboratives, axées sur les résultats.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité d’interpréter les données en recommandations concrètes.
- Bilingue anglais et français.
