Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and ensure compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies to accommodate persons with disabilities.
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support Veterans.
  • Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
