Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Leadership
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
- Provide guidance and training to ensure staff are equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Record Management
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of requests for records
- Reporting and Data Analysis
- Assemble and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators
- Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
- Support for Diverse Groups
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support employees with disabilities
- Recruit and support employees from diverse backgrounds, including newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous peoples
- Provide training and resources to support employees from diverse backgrounds
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of administrative services
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
