About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure staff are equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of requests for records
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Assemble and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
    • Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support employees with disabilities
    • Recruit and support employees from diverse backgrounds, including newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous peoples
    • Provide training and resources to support employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of administrative services
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
