The Opportunity:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at WSP. As an Intermediate Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinate with project teams to ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with project plans.
  3. Monitor and report on contract performance, including any issues or concerns.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong contract administration skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
