Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Fun Land Fairfax, VA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including financial management, guest experience, sales, HR, training, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 80 employees, providing coaching, development, and growth opportunities
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees, ensuring a safe and fun work environment
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and administrative tasks
  • Partner with the FSP Safety Team to maintain a safety-focused attitude and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with the FSP HR/Recruiting/Training team to maintain staffing levels and handle staff-related matters

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, up to 50 hours per week
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
