Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Promoguyz. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires repetitive tasks, physical demands, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and reliability.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
