We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Wave Cleaning & Services Inc. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Equipment Operation: Use carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, steam cleaners, power lawn mowers, and snowblowers to maintain our properties.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
