- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain financial controls.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
