Job Summary

MARMARA GROUP LTD is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to manage office operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain financial controls.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
