Job Title: Office Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Judgemotive Automotive Services & Sales ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment: Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
