Senior Technical Operations Manager

At Equitable Bank, we're revolutionizing the banking experience. As a Senior Technical Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Deposit Operations team and driving change in Canadian banking.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to the Manager, Deposit Operations and assist with day-to-day management of the administrative team.
- Assist with monitoring productivity, client turnaround time, and quality assurance review of staff members' work.
- Participate in the continued education and training of existing staff, and assist with the preparation of yearend tax filings and submission to CRA.
- Assist with the daily reconciliation of various recs or suspense accounts, and review daily overnight audit reports for client name changes, rate differentials, and registration changes.
- Strong knowledge of regulations affecting the business, including Privacy (PIPEDA), Deposit Type Instruments Regulations (DTIR), CDIC, CRA reporting, FCAC complaint handling, pension and registered plan regulations, and Legislative compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Word & Excel).
