Skilled Healthcare Professional Wanted for Long Term and Acute Care

We are seeking highly professional Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to work in long term and acute care facilities in the Ingersoll area. This opportunity offers competitive wages with travel compensation and accommodation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities include providing nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and resident plans of care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring timely admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe transfers and discharges.
In addition, they will ensure the safekeeping of drugs and narcotics, implement protocols, and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
Requirements include active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, ability to work with individuals with infectious diseases, BLS certification, valid first aid and CPR, and current immunizations. A current vulnerable sector police check is also required.
The selected candidate must be able to work flexible shift times, float between units within a hospital as needed, and be reliable in accepting placements at agreed upon facilities or units. The salary for this position is estimated to be $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
