Clinical Pharmacist

Ingersoll Pharmasave is a reputable healthcare provider seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a dynamic clinical role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, providing, and expanding upon our current core clinical programs.

We are a busy independent pharmacy located within the Ingersoll Centre for Health and Wellness. Our primary ambition is to provide an exceptional customer experience through traditional dispensing services and our ever-growing clinical offerings. We have a strong focus on patient care and strive to meet the unique needs of our community.

Our pharmacy has a wide range of clinical programs, including:

• Meds Checks: Regular reviews of medication regimens to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
• Med Align: A program designed to improve compliance rates and patient outcomes through appointment-based care.
• Injection Services: Administration of vaccines, medications, and other injectable treatments.
• Naloxone Training: Education and support for individuals at risk of opioid overdose.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement new clinical initiatives, ensuring we stay at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Clinical Pharmacist at Ingersoll Pharmasave, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our pharmacy.

We are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our staff. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you can expect:

• A starting wage of $55-$60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Four weeks of paid vacation (8% vacation accrual).
• A signing bonus of up to $15,000, depending on level of commitment.
• OCP and OPA membership/licensing fees paid.
• A $500 continuing education allowance to invest in your ongoing education and training.
• Contributions to an RSP of your choice, equal to 2% of previous year's earned wages.
