Business Analyst, Global Wealth Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Global Wealth Management team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Gather and document business requirements through Agile methods.
- Understand and build workflows to support target operating model execution.
- Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
- Drive quality and accountability in system development and deployment.
- Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions to stakeholders.
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in a financial services firm.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in workflow mapping and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of wealth management business and data concepts.
- Agile experience and proficiency in key tools such as MS Visio, Postman, and SQL.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
