The Business Operations Coordinator role at Autobot Transport requires a skilled and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating logistics for company events and meetings
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and external clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Performing data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines. This includes managing contracts, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Skill Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and experience with data entry software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
