About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at All Western Contracting Ltd. o/a All Western Contracting. As a key member of our exterior finishing team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a weatherproof surface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, Level, and Smooth Coats of Plaster: Ensure a smooth and even finish on exterior surfaces.
  • Clean and Prepare Surfaces: Thoroughly clean and prepare surfaces for plaster application.
  • Cure Freshly Plastered Surfaces: Allow freshly plastered surfaces to cure and harden.
  • Finish Corners and Angles: Create decorative designs and finish corners and angles with precision.
  • Mix Plaster Ingredients: Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency for a high-quality finish.
  • Mould and Install Ornamental Plaster Panels: Create and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim.
  • Spray Acoustic or Texture Materials: Apply acoustic or texture materials to walls and ceilings.
  • Trowel or Spray Coats of Stucco: Apply coats of stucco to exterior surfaces to create a weatherproof finish.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in stucco plastering.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
