Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff who prepare and portion food. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
