Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with customers, and matching them to Rogers and Fido brand products that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Tailor solutions to customers' needs by building rapport and understanding their requirements.
- Identify opportunities to sell Rogers and Fido brand products, including wireless, cable, hi-speed internet, home phone, and Rogers Mastercard.
- Drive sales through engagement with existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products.
- Represent the Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing positive customer interactions through understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs.
- Experience navigating multiple tasks and efficient workflows while providing consistent customer service.
- Critical thinking to navigate and find solutions for unexpected situations.
