About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle School Guidance Counsellor to join our Student Services Department. As a Guidance Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counselling to students, focusing on executive functioning, pathway planning, and social-emotional skills development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success and well-being.
  • Develop and implement Culturally Responsive - Social Emotional Learning (CR-SEL) programming to promote student engagement and academic achievement.
  • Support students with special education needs and provide accommodations as required.
