The Opportunity

We seek a Middle School Guidance Counsellor to join our Student Services Department. The ideal candidate will have completed Guidance Specialist Qualifications and possess a strong foundation in guidance roles, including executive functioning, pathway planning, solution-focused counselling, social-emotional skills development, and relationship building with parents and teachers.

A solid grasp of Culturally Responsive - Social Emotional Learning (CR-SEL) programming and experience in individual and group counselling are essential. Special Education Qualifications are an added asset.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
