We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Partners and senior management team. As an Administrative Partner Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Business Enablement Services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Partners, senior managers, and client service teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate, prepare, edit, and/or proofread documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports, using various software applications.
- Manage Partners' calendars and contact databases to maximize their time and productivity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Assist in the proposal process, working closely with the proposal team and coordinator.
- Prepare and submit time and expense reports for Partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Partner, including administrative tasks and special projects.
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Proficiency in learning proprietary software and adapting to new systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to changing client demands.
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience, with a college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
