We are seeking a skilled Furniture Craftsman to join our team at Canadian Sofa Solution Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and woodworking, with experience in reading blueprints and working with various materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Scheduling and coordinating work on sites
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various establishments
