Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Baskin-Robbins. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the ice cream counter, dining area, and storage areas.
  • Restock shelves and supplies as needed, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and inviting to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
