Job Title: Ice Cream Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ice Cream Attendant to join our team at Baskin-Robbins. As an Ice Cream Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter, floor, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies, including ice cream, toppings, and condiments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
