At Mirch Masala Restaurant Inc., we are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional culinary expertise, and the ability to manage inventory and staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure that all food safety protocols are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, provide guidance and training, and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and menu planning expertise.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
