Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef who can lead our team of cooks and ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing kitchen staff and ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Head Chef at Chettinad Dosa Palace, you will need to have:
