About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Strategist to join our Performance Marketing team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evolving global marketing automation initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch, manage, and optimize email campaigns to drive business objectives
  • Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and process optimization
  • Manage and maintain email calendars across various regions and business verticals
  • Support strategic programs across the customer lifecycle, including batch sends, journeys, and triggers
  • Launch, develop, and manage operational and marketing messages for leads and existing customers on our website using our chat software
  • Manage and maintain our marketing automation tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automation workflows and triggers with enterprise-level ESPs and CRMs
