Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $150,700 to $251,700, depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, a total compensation package may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.


Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the AWS Solutions organization and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges. As a Cloud Contact Center Developer, you will be part of a team that accelerates customers' businesses through the delivery of intuitive and differentiated technology solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Owning code end-to-end from design to development and working closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS.
  • Developing scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.
  • Designing and delivering cutting-edge contact center solutions using modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
