Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

Cornerstone Christian Church of God Edmonton is seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including scheduling and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of facilities, including trash removal and recycling.
  • Manage facility budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
