Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the operations of facilities and real estate to identify areas for improvement.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective management of facilities.
- Plan and manage the operations budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide customer service.
- 5-10 years of experience in facility operations or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
