Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve the operations of our facilities, including real estate management
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff
  • Manage the facility's operations budget and plan for future growth
  • Direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of marine biology and animal husbandry
  • Basic security clearance
  • Valid driver's licence
