Job Title: Counter Attendant in Food Service

Job Summary: We are seeking a Counter Attendant in Food Service to join our team at Wendys Restaurant. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Operate a cash register to process transactions and handle customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet customer demands.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
