Job Title: Counter Attendant in Food Service

About the Role:

We are seeking a Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package take-out food and prepare orders for customers
  • Portion and wrap foods according to customer requests
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
  • Take customers' orders and process transactions
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas

Work Environment:

As a Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the store to perform tasks.
