Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Climate Product to further develop our Personal Banking climate initiatives, identify business opportunities, and build digital solutions to help our clients manage their climate risks and transition to a low-carbon economy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute climate strategy within areas of focus such as electrical vehicles, home retrofits, and other emerging opportunities.
  • Identify and build new digital products that support Canadians in their transition to net zero.
  • Maintain and enhance our Electric Car Cost Calculator product, including defining and prioritizing scope of development for new features and enhancements.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for various climate initiatives, collaborating with lines of business to achieve Climate and LOB teams' OKRs.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization to secure stakeholder buy-in and understanding of the product roadmap and progress.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for sustainability and building solutions to combat climate change.
  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable solutions, with a history of creating user-centric customer experiences.
  • Experience planning product releases and setting expectations for delivery of new functionality, bug fixes, or product improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and previous QA experience, either defining or testing acceptance criteria based on product requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
