Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at NFP. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated sales territory in Edmonton and Northern Alberta, focusing on retaining existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Foster Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate proposals and project execution, as well as collaborate with sales and area managers to align with company and branch sales initiatives.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Conduct regular job site visits to ensure proper equipment utilization and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously build product knowledge and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Account Management experience in the construction industry. Experience in infrastructure or mining is an asset.
- Must speak French; English is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective selling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems and techniques.
