Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Super 7 Service is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our food service facilities.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
Work Environment:

Our food service facilities are fast-paced environments that require strong organizational and communication skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
