Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Super 7 Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail are essential.
