About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Team Lead to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessory items.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations.
- Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.
- Utilize fully stocked trucks and ongoing skills training and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Must have Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
- Must have at least a Class G Driver's License.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
