Administrative Coordinator for White Gold Food Inc.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at White Gold Food Inc. in a permanent position.
The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
About the Role- This is a 30 to 35 hour per week opportunity.
- The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out various administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Coordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and oversee administrative procedures.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
