Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Physioplus Health and Wellness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients and clients, and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office or front desk role.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
