About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Healthcare Nurse to join our team at RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver dialysis services to patients, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly desirable.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
