Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team. As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients. This includes dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces, as well as sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete janitorial services to meet client expectations
  • Keep facilities safe and healthy by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
  • Collect and dispose of waste
  • Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms
  • Learn industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing customers' unique needs

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills
  • Police Background Check

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 30 lbs
  • Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
  • Able to bend, stretch, lift, pull, and carry, climb stairs
