Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough cleaning services, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
- Ensure the safety and health of our clients' facilities by sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of waste in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
- Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve cleaning techniques and achieve consistently high-quality results.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customers' unique needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and learn new skills quickly.
- Police Background Check.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift.
- Able to bend, stretch, lift, pull, and carry, climb stairs.
