About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wine Sales Representative to join our team at Andrew Peller Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about wine, enjoy working with customers, and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their wine purchases and answering questions about products.
  • Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units.
  • Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
  • Comply with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplace.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
  • Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
