Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of personal banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer expert advice on our personal banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct transactions, including cash and non-cash transactions, as scheduled.
  • Assist with maintaining a professional and inviting branch environment, adhering to TD Bank's standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or banking.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
