BMO is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Retail Banking Sales & Service team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their financial needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers and prospects, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify customers' financial needs and provide recommendations on financial solutions that meet their needs.
- Financial Solutions: Offer customers a range of financial solutions, including everyday banking, retail investments, lending solutions, and small business solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing guidance and advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BMO's policies and procedures.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to build relationships, and provide financial solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, retail investments, and lending products.
- Competitive Salary: $37,500 - $69,500 per year.
