- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to document important discussions and decisions.
- Procedure Development: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless coordination.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support the team's administrative needs.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
